Key Responsibilities:
Rack and Stack: Install servers, switches, routers, and other hardware into server racks and cabinets.
Ensure proper cable management and secure all equipment.
Data Cabinet Setup:
Build and configure data cabinets, including positioning and mounting hardware in compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Cable Management:
Properly route, label, and secure cables to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient data center layout.
Equipment Testing:
Ensure that installed equipment is powered on and functioning correctly, and perform basic diagnostics if needed.
Data Center Maintenance:
Assist with data center maintenance tasks, including monitoring temperature, power, and environmental controls.
Documentation:
Accurately document the installation and configuration of hardware and any changes made to data center setups.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working within the data center environment to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Qualifications:
