SearchWorks Pty Ltd in the United States is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to lead the build-out and ongoing operations of new AI-driven campuses across the country.

You will hire and manage the team, oversee deployments, facilities and construction delivery, and shape how the operation runs at scale with high-density, GPU-focused environments. This is a role with real influence and leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center teams, sites or projects.
• Background in operations, deployment, facilities or construction delivery.
• GPU, AI or high-density experience is a bonus.
