Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Team Lead for Kitting on the B Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will manage material orders, inventory, and customer service, overseeing server assembly and component installation using various hand and power tools in a datacenter setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight with documentation.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Install and position server racks with measuring devices for accuracy.
• Install rack hardware and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area complying with 5S standards.
