Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Datacenter AI Systems Engineer to research, develop, optimize, and validate software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and machine learning solutions that enable the deployment of cutting-edge AI datacenter technology.

Qualcomm Systems Engineers collaborate across functional teams to meet and exceed system-level requirements and standards, delivering best-in-class AI inference accelerators for data center and hybrid AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Systems Engineering or related work.
• Master's or PhD preferred in a relevant field with experience.
• Strong ML/AI hardware and software integration background.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML solutions that integrate Qualcomm AI hardware, software, and ecosystem.
• Assist design, development, deployment of Gen AI and LLM applications.
• Contribute to fine tuning and distillation techniques for models.
• Apply systems knowledge to research, design, validate AI systems and software.
• Benchmark AI models and analyze performance to drive requirements.
• Propose deployment strategies and workload optimization for AI models.
• Build and analyze system-level designs and interfaces for new or updated systems.
• Collaborate across teams to implement features and test AI systems.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advances and drive innovation.
