Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component to meet contractual and financial commitments.
• Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor members to drive project milestones and decisions.
• Analyze delivery metrics to optimize resource allocation and timelines.
• Lead risk management efforts and implement mitigation strategies.
• This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, NJ.
