Slalom is hiring a Senior Principal Databricks Solution Lead in Chicago to sit at the intersection of Slalom’s Databricks business, regional sales, and partner teams. As a Databricks Partner Solution Lead, you will sit at the intersection of Slalom’s Databricks business unit, regional sales teams, industry leaders, solution architects, and Databricks partner teams.
You will help shape high-impact pursuits, bring technical clarity to complex client problems, and design solutions that connect Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform with Slalom’s broader consulting, engineering, industry, and delivery capabilities. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who can move comfortably between executive conversations, solution architecture, partner strategy, and hands‑on technical direction.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Principal level, the base salary pay range will be $158,000 - $217,000 with an annual bonus target.
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
