Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks a Database Specialist to support the Army Research Technology Protection Center. The role involves building and maintaining databases and tracking metrics to support CIDA case management and workload reporting.

Ideal candidates have a BS in CS or IT and at least six years of operations support, with strong communications and experience using Power BI and SharePoint. TS/SCI clearance preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable IT field.
• Six years of experience in Operations support.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface with senior military officials and managers.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support CIDA case management, metrics, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain the customer tracking database and provide metrics on program milestones and survey/assessment data.
• Update the customer tracking database and provide metrics on status and workload across supported programs.
