Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Familiarity with database creation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, operation, and maintenance of organizational databases and DBMS.
• Create, configure, maintain, and update databases per business requirements.
• Gather and analyze user, application, and system database requirements.
• Coordinate data access and database functionality with developers and end users.
• Analyze transaction rates, data volumes, and usage patterns for integrated databases.
• Assist with database design, implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Test and coordinate database modifications, upgrades, and changes.
• Monitor databases and help resolve performance, availability, and data issues.
• Troubleshoot database problems and assist with performance optimization.
• Support backup, recovery, availability, and data integrity processes.
• Maintain technical documentation on configurations and changes.
• Ensure appropriate access controls and security compliance.
• Assist with integration of databases with applications and enterprise systems.
