Bearing is seeking a skilled database-focused engineer to design, implement, and optimize data storage and workflows. You will build and maintain database structures aligned with the system architecture and lead the development of database parsing and loading software.

The role includes creating Python-based RESTful APIs with Django/Flask, interacting with MariaDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, and delivering JSON data to the frontend.

Qualifikationen

• Experience deploying and managing MongoDB instances.
• Proficient in Python with Django or Flask for APIs.
• Experience with micro-services and cloud environments (AWS, similar).
• Proficient with Docker, IDEs, JSON/XML serialization, and Agile workflows.

Provide technical expertise in database design, development, implementation, data storage and retrieval, and data flow analysis.

Develop and maintain database structures that align with the overall system architecture.

Design new workflows as needed and respond to break/fix requests and system updates.

Lead development of database structures, database parsing software, and database loading software.

Develop and test Python-based RESTful APIs, microservices, and data model management capabilities using Django and Flask to interact with data models (MariaDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and deliver data to the UI front end in JSON format.

Qualifications

• Database experience using MongoDB, including:
• deployment and management of the database itself
• debugging of optimization issues
• scaling
• Python, Django or Flask
• Micro-Service Model
• AWS, C2S or other cloud experience
• Docker
• Visual Studio Code or similar IDEs, JSON and/or XML serialization
• Jira, Confluence
• Experience working in Agile environment
