Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. seeks a Data Engineer to design and operate data platforms, transforming raw data into actionable insights for decision-makers. You will build pipelines, cleanse and normalize data, and ensure availability of high-quality datasets to support business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, leverage cloud-native tools, and contribute to data modeling and lifecycle management to drive data-driven growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in data mining, data storage and ETL processes.
  • Experience in data pipelines development and tooling (Glue, Databricks, Synapse, or Dataproc).
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, SQL Server).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area):$88,080to$167,520California (All Other):$80,760to$153,600Colorado: $73,440to$139,680Massachusetts$73,440to$153,600New York City: $88,080to$167,520Washington: $80,760to$153,600Washington DC:$80,760to$153,600 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
