Job summary

Xtreme Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior database administrator to support DoD healthcare applications.

This remote role requires travel to multiple Area of Responsibility (AOR) locations and security clearance readiness for proposal activities. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Oracle and SQL databases, ensuring high availability, and supporting cloud-based and Windows-based applications across DoD healthcare systems.

The opportunity

Support the data foundation behind military healthcare applications. Apply your Oracle, SQL database, and high availability experience to systems serving Air Force expeditionary medical operations.

Xtreme Solutions is pursuing an Air Force Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) contract and seeking qualified candidates for this key personnel position.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale, highly available DoD healthcare databases.
• Configure and maintain Oracle and SQL databases.
• Configure and maintain other databases supporting cloud-based and web-based applications.
• Support databases used by Windows server-based applications and Windows client applications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated large-scale, highly available DoD healthcare database management experience.
• Configuration and maintenance experience with Oracle and SQL databases and other databases supporting cloud, web, Windows server, and Windows client applications.
• Active Secret security clearance
• Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months remaining on Day 1; required passport copy for proposal readiness.
• Proven personnel deployment management, SPOT experience, and management of host-nation theater clearance or DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs.
• Day 1 availability and willingness to sign a Letter of Commitment covering availability and no substitution during the first 180 days except for sudden illness, death, or termination of employment.
• Ability to meet the stated location and travel requirements. Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications for the assigned DCWF work role and level must be met before independently performing covered duties.
