Job summary

Empiric is seeking an experienced Database Engineer to support enterprise data infrastructure, database development, and analytics initiatives in a hybrid, full-time role. You will design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, develop complex SQL queries, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, and multiple RDBMS.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL development and ETL/data integration experience, including exposure to Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, or similar technologies.
• Advanced SQL skills across SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience supporting production ETL processes, data migrations, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
