Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Database Developer to support front-end systems and development needs across the organization. Responsibilities include creating PL/SQL artifacts (Triggers, Procedures, Functions, Materialized Views) and building custom applications for internal users using a rapid development platform (APEX).

The role involves functional testing, deployment through the development life cycle, and collaboration with IT and business users to define requirements and optimize data

Qualifications

One to three years of database development/administration experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to translate front-end requirements into database solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Design stable, reliable and effective database processes.
Solve database usage issues and malfunctions.
Gather user requirements and identify new features.
Provide data management support to users.
Ensure all database programs meet performance requirements.
Research and suggest new database products, services, and protocols.
Consult with IT management to analyze business functions and identify solutions.
