Database Developer

Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

About The Role

This role exists to keep critical databases reliable, fast, and well structured. You will design, tune, and model data systems that the wider organization depends on. The work is primarily asynchronous, so clear written updates matter more than real-time meetings. The team is spread across multiple countries and time zones. Success in this role means fewer performance issues and cleaner, more consistent data structures over time.
