The position requires expertise in SQL Server and Oracle databases, SSIS ETL processes, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and developing Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases; including design, optimization, and maintenance.
• Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining SSIS-based ETL processes to support data integration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive support and maintenance for all MIDFLORIDA database systems and associated applications.
• Designs, reviews, and maintains daily operational processes, with a focus on automation and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data within production databases.
• Contributes to the achievement of IT and organizational objectives by successfully completing assigned tasks and projects.
• Learns, recommends, and implements new technologies to benefit MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members.
• Provides technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
• Maintains professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
• Exhibits a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
