As a Junior Database Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability and performance of our database systems, and will assist in troubleshooting and resolving any database-related issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management systems, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field of database administration.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure database software
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Perform regular backups and test disaster recovery procedures
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
• Create and maintain documentation on database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
