Job summary

InstantServe LLC seeks a Database Administrator II – Data Warehouse to lead end-to-end DW projects, focusing on Oracle/SQL Server, ETL, and dimensional modeling. You will work closely with business units to deliver robust data solutions and reliable reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise DW, strong ETL and BI skills, and ability to manage stakeholders. Austin-area availability is essential with hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise DBA, data warehousing experience.
• Experience with end-to-end DW implementation.
• Strong skills in dimensional modeling and ETL tools.
• Experience with BI reporting tools and data dictionaries.

Database Administrator II – Data Warehouse | Concise Summary

Location: Austin, TX — Hybrid (Wed–Fri onsite, Mon–Tue remote)

Contract: Nov 2, 2026 – Aug 31, 2027 | Up to 1,500 hours

Critical Requirement: Candidate must currently live in Texas, within 50 miles of Austin, and be able to work onsite in Austin 3 days/week. No relocation candidates.

Required — 5+ years:

• Enterprise database administration, data warehousing & data marts
• End-to-end data warehouse implementation
• Dimensional modeling: star, snowflake & normalized models
• Informatica, IBM DataStage, or comparable ETL
• Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or comparable
• SQL development, optimization & performance tuning
• BusinessObjects + data-dictionary development
• Reporting/BI tools: BusinessObjects, Cognos, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, or similar
• Database-access/application-delivery tools
• Analysis, planning & management reporting
• Technical/non-technical stakeholder management

Preferred — 5+ years:

• Oracle Database
• Government/healthcare/regulated-environment experience
• EIR accessibility standards / assistive technologies
