Job summary

Razor is seeking a Senior Oracle Database Administrator / Database Architect to support a federal IT program in McLean, VA. The role focuses on Oracle database architecture, schema design, PL/SQL development, and troubleshooting complex data issues.

Hands-on Oracle Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR) experience is required. You will design, implement, and optimize database structures and processes, collaborating with developers and QA to ensure robust, scalable solutions while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years in database administration, development, or architecture.
• 1+ year hands-on Oracle EBR, editions, editioning views, cross-edition triggers.
• 3+ years designing and modifying Oracle schemas (tables, views, data grants).
• 3+ years PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Experience correcting data issues: deduplication, backfills, and claim generation.
• Experience supporting transactional databases.
• Experience with tickets, peer reviews, and documenting changes.
• Understanding of Agile or SDLC.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Razor is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator / Database Architect to support a federal IT program. This role focuses on Oracle database architecture, schema design, PL/SQL development, and troubleshooting complex data issues.

Hands-on Oracle Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR) experience is required.

Required Qualifications
