Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst / Report Builder to design and deliver enterprise dashboards and semantic models using Power BI and Snowflake. You will implement advanced SQL, manage data modeling, and collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to scale BI solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/Data Warehouse with hands-on Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL experience, plus strong analytical skills and governance mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse experience.
3–5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power BI development.
Strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
Advanced SQL development experience including CTEs, Window Functions, and query optimization.
Experience designing Star Schema and Dimensional Models.
Experience developing enterprise dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Power BI semantic models and dataflows.
Build enterprise dashboards and reports.
Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
Integrate Power BI with Snowflake.
Optimize Snowflake performance and warehouse usage.
Maintain metadata and data lineage documentation.
Troubleshoot reporting and performance issues.
Collaborate with business users and data engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Support governance and reporting best practices.
