RoundingWell in Nashville, TN or remote in the United States is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to design and develop dashboards and analytics that help healthcare clients measure program impact using BI tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, and Power BI.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, translate them into report designs, influence data models, and ensure data quality and storytelling-driven insights across diverse health datasets.

Formación

• Experience in building interactive dashboards and reports.
• Ability to translate business requirements into dashboard designs.
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and develop interactive dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders using AWS Quicksight.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into report/dashboard design.
• Bridge analytics and business by communicating effectively with both sides.
• Influence upstream data model design and develop data solutions as needed.
• Summarize and communicate complex ideas using data storytelling to diverse customers.
• Conduct data exploration, QA/QC, visualization, and statistical analyses.
• Adhere to quality standards for performance, data accuracy, and presentation.
• Implement best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency for optimal user experience.
• Work with management to prioritize stakeholder needs.
