InDev is seeking a highly skilled, hybrid Analyst with expertise across Tableau, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse) to build mission-critical data solutions for federal clients. This role blends advanced data visualization with custom application development to drive strategic insights and modernize legacy systems.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau.
• Develop custom solutions on the Power Platform, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps; automate workflows via Power Automate; design intuitive UIs; integrate Dataverse; and create SharePoint pages.
• Migrate and integrate legacy systems, manage APIs and data flows, and build standalone applications using Power Pages to capture and store information via Dataverse.
• Maintain governance, performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards across BI and custom development platforms.
• Collaborate closely within agile, cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities.
• Support all phases of the SDLC, including design, testing, QA, documentation, configuration management, and backlog maintenance.
• Provide ad hoc analytics support and troubleshoot data or application issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a federal badge or background investigation (DHS Public Trust or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of experience developing with Tableau.
• At least five years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Expertise in Canvas and model-driven apps, UI/UX design, accessibility (Section 508), and user-centered design.
• Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, reliability, and architectural integrity.
• Agile/Scrum experience, including testing, backlog management, and deployment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVES

• Power Platform certifications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Prior federal consulting or team lead experience.
• Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense/QlikView.

Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DHS Public Trust clearance to be eligible.
