Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop data validation approaches translating business requirements into technical controls.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify anomalies and transformation issues across data pipelines.
• Apply data engineering methods to support data integration, quality checks, and transformations.
• Interpret validation findings and document issues, assumptions and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand data sources, target structures, and reporting requirements.
• Review workstreams and mentor junior team members with technical guidance.
• Use SQL-based techniques to test data movement, reconcile outputs, and trace data lineage.
• Monitor progress, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain deliverables and timelines.
