Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Data Transfer Agent/Officer (DTA/O) to govern the secure transfer of information across authorized systems.

You will review transfer requests, validate rationale, and ensure compliance with NIST RMF and organizational data policies, while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining auditable records. The role requires active polygraph, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a strong background in data security, cross-domain transfer, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active polygraph required for clearance.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and information flow principles.
• Familiarity with removable media procedures, cross-domain solutions, and secure data transfers.
• Strong audit, compliance, and authorization capabilities.
• AWS Certification; Solutions Architect – Associate is preferred.
• 2 years designing/implementing/consulting distributed applications.
• 2 years of software development tools and methodologies.
• 2 years of documentation and written communication experience.
• Technical Associate degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve data transfer requests with justification and authorization.
• Ensure data transfer uses approved methods and security controls.
• Maintain transfer records, audit logs, and continuous monitoring reports.
• Serve as primary contact for data transfer inquiries and coordination.
• Manage daily ticket queues and execute data transfers while monitoring compliance.
