Location Hybrid schedule, splitting time working on-campus at Alumni House and working remotely. Remote work must be performed in California.

This position reports to the Senior Data Analyst, Marketing and Communications Department.

Responsibilities

• Clean and standardize incoming alumni engagement data

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Data Science, Statistics)
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
• Optional experience or interest in learning Google Apps Script
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must complete campus‑required data privacy and security training
• Must respect federal, state, and campus data privacy and security laws and procedures
