Qualifications

• 7–9 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Advanced experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Extensive experience in statistical software such as R, SAS, or Python.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross‑functional teams to execute on data initiatives.
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate the status of team initiatives.

• Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.

• Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data‑driven culture within the organization.
