Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior data leader to coordinate and advance our Enterprise Data Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, analytics initiatives, and technology roadmaps.

You will partner with executives, analytics teams, and IT to drive data governance, MDM, data quality, and modernization across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, enabling scalable analytics and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 full Epic implementations as a consultant.
• Epic Certifications in the applicable area are highly preferred.
• Experience leading analysts or application teams, not just participating on projects.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support execution of the organization's Enterprise Data Strategy aligned to business goals.
• Partner with executives, analytics teams, and IT to advance data management and governance.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to deliver analytics solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Coordinate data warehousing, data lake, interoperability, and data integration programs.
• Lead governance for data conversions, migrations, and third-party implementations.
• Promote enterprise data standards, metadata management, MDM, and data quality practices.

Job description

• Coordinate and support execution of the organization's Enterprise Data Strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, analytics initiatives, reporting capabilities, and technology roadmaps
• Partner with executive leadership, analytics teams, and Information Technology to develop and advance enterprise data management, governance, and modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with cloud platform teams to support enterprise data and analytics solutions leveraging hyperscaler technologies such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Coordinate enterprise data platform initiatives, including data warehousing, data lake, interoperability, data integration, and advanced analytics programs
• Lead governance and oversight activities related to enterprise data conversions, migrations, and third-party implementation partners
• Facilitate development and adoption of enterprise data standards, metadata management practices, master data management (MDM), and data quality frameworks

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 full Epic implementations as a consultant
• Multiple Epic certifications (current or expired) within the applicable area are highly preferred
• Direct experience leading analysts or application teams, not just participating on projects
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, career development, hiring, and succession planning.
