Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Data Stewardship in Atlanta to lead a team of Data Stewards and partner with Data Product Owners, governance, and technology teams. You will shape data requirements, monitor quality, and drive improvements across master data domains.

You will translate business needs into data and process requirements, define SLAs, and develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into data quality health and remediation workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data management, stewardship, governance, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of MDM, data governance, data quality, and metadata.
• Experience with data management systems and data quality tools.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills; Python, Power BI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data stewardship activities across master data domains.
• Coach and mentor Data Stewards; set goals and drive performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and quality rules.
• Define metrics and build dashboards to monitor data quality.
• Drive continuous improvements in data stewardship workflows and controls.
