Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a MEM Data Specialist to centrally maintain MEM data including equipment move grids, contracts, inventory, and pricing; ensure data integrity to support sales and finance, and coordinate equipment moves with internal teams.

This role requires proactive data accuracy, strong SAP skills, and daily collaboration with cross-functional teams across NC. Join a team backed by Suntory and PepsiCo heritage and contribute to efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Maintains MEM data in SAP accurately and consistently.
• Manages scheduling, contracts and inventory records for MEM data.
• Coordinates with Sales, MEM, MES, customers and corporate teams to support data needs.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate MEM data in SAP.
• Maintain daily scheduling and MEM contracts, inventory and asset files for audit.
• Communicate with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, and suppliers daily.
• Support customer service in data-driven decisions and order processing.
• Ensure records and PBV equipment placement across NC are accurate.

MEM Data Specialist Role Overview

This position is responsible for centrally maintaining critical MEM Data that ensures our business system processes are integrated. Data to be maintained will include, equipment move grids, MEM contracts, inventory, full service monies, CCR, parts pricing, scheduling, productivity logs, and other items pertaining to MEM Data and integrity. This position will be proactive in improving the integrity of MEM data to support customers, sales, and finance. This position will work closely with internal customers for scheduling, coordinating and monitoring all equipment pick-ups, placements, and moves.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains all scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, EMO.
• Maintains and manages all daily scheduling needs.
• Responsible for daily communications with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
• This position will make decisions based on information provided by Sales, PCNA, and other departments directly impacting customer service.
• Responsible for meeting the routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
• Responsible for record keeping & placement of PBV Equipment throughout NC.
• Responsible for varied general administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
