Responsibilities
  • Product management of data initiatives — scoping, prioritization, resourcing, implementation, and strategic planning.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams; plan roadmaps, feature prioritization, agendas, schedules, and deliverables; assign actions; drive completion.
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations for improving service levels and reducing expenses, with critical metrics for performance management.
  • Identify inefficient processes and lead the definition and execution of scalable, data- and AI-driven solutions to improve process efficiencies and support core internal customer needs.
  • Lead the ideation, prototyping, and business justification/validation of solutions for Product Operations.
  • Prototype solutions before providing recommendations on direction — e.g., create dashboard mock-ups before investing in development effort.
  • Comfortable and flexible in serving both supporting and leadership roles across various projects.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of product or program management experience, ideally including internal product management, in a highly technical field.
  • BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with familiarity with databases, large data sets, dashboards, and business intelligence tools — with the ability to apply them for planning, problem-solving, and identifying improvements.
  • Experience with manufacturing infrastructure concepts, with the ability to define requirements or identify process improvements.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively influence peers and management.
  • General operations and factory knowledge; good judgment on what is meaningful to drive impact.
  • Tableau/data visualization skills and scripting (Python, SQL).
  • Skilled at distilling complex problems into simple explanations under tight timelines, and presenting findings at both working and executive levels.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in an unstructured, global, virtual environment.
