Job summary

Pipevia is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to partner with customers and build scalable data platforms. You’ll design ELT architectures, model incremental workflows, and drive production migrations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics engineering, strong SQL and warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery), and hands-on with dbt or similar tooling. Travel for on-site workshops is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data platform roles.
• Strong SQL and warehouse experience (Snowflake/BigQuery etc.).
• Hands-on with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design ELT architectures across sources, transforms and loads.
• Model incremental strategies and CDC with warehouse-native SQL.
• Define observability: metrics, alerts, lineage and SLAs.
• Lead pilots and migrate pipelines to production.
• Author best-practice guides and reusable templates.
• Work closely with product to shape roadmap.
• Train customer teams and run office hours.
• Assist with incident response during rollouts.
• Travel occasionally for on-site workshops.
