Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and creating reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers to capture capability needs and deliver data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights across project phases.
• Support data and report delivery testing, including plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and document findings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
