Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer with active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph for work in Maryland. You will analyze requirements, design and implement robust software systems, and debug complex codebases.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (substitution provided).
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements, debug existing software and correct defects and provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
• Develop, maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems.
