Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Data Services Specialist to ensure data integrity and maintenance of client and portfolio information across core systems. The role supports reconciliation, performance reviews, and issue resolution in a hybrid setup with 3 days in office and up to 2 remote days.
Responsibilities include account maintenance, cost basis and tax lot updates, and collaboration with internal/external partners. Strong data management and financial services experience preferred.
The Data Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of client and portfolio data within core operating systems across multiple business lines. This role supports the day-to-day operations of a large financial advisory firm by maintaining critical data systems, supporting reconciliation and performance review processes and resolving data-related issues. Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.
The Data Services Specialist is a non-exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $50,000-$51,000 yearly. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
