Job summary

You will partner with engineering, risk, and security teams to balance speed and control, drive AI-driven enhancements, and shape scalable, user-friendly data protection services for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Product Owner or execution-focused delivery experience.
• 7+ years Agile/Scrum teams experience in fast-paced development.
• Proven experience managing backlogs and delivering software end-to-end.
• Comfortable engaging with engineering on technical requirements, dependencies, and constraints.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Skilled in breaking down large initiatives into incremental, testable user stories.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to improve product management, documentation, analysis, or software delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, governance, and secure enterprise adoption.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog across one or more teams, ensuring it is continuously refined and aligned with delivery outcomes.
• Translate product direction into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Ensure a consistently ready backlog that supports uninterrupted execution.
• Drive standardization and consistency in how work is defined and delivered across encryption services.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership for priorities and execution.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and provide real-time clarification to engineering teams during sprints.
• Ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
