Job summary

First Soft Solutions LLC is seeking a Data Security & Cloud Engineer to design, build, and secure scalable cloud data solutions. The role requires strong cloud tech, data engineering, ETL, Python, APIs, and security.

You will work with infrastructure, application, and security teams to deliver trusted data platforms, implement encryption, IAM RBAC, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Title: Data Security & Cloud Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Security & Cloud Engineer with experience in cloud technologies, data engineering, ETL, Python development, APIs, and security. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and support secure, scalable cloud-based applications and data solutions while working closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP)


• Experience with Databricks, cloud data platforms, and Batch Processing


• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT, data analysis, and building scalable data pipelines


• Ability to analyze, transform, and process large datasets


• Strong SQL and Python programming skills


• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes


• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, JSON, and XML


• Knowledge of OAuth, API Keys, and Bearer Token authentication


• Experience using Postman for API testing and validation


• Experience with GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines


• Understanding of data security concepts such as Encryption, Data Masking, and Secure Data Handling


• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) including RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake or Azure Synapse Analytics


• Knowledge of Java or .NET


• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)


• Experience supporting enterprise cloud or data platforms
