Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of applied data science with production model deployment.
• Hands-on with Snowflake Cortex AI and/or Snowpark ML.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Understanding of federal AI governance and data security constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Snowpark ML and Cortex AI workloads for predictive analytics and automation.
• Ensure AI/ML workloads execute in-platform, preserving data residency and boundary requirements.
• Collaborate with DB Architects and Data Engineers for governed data feeds for AI/ML pipelines.
• Support use-case execution during Build (Weeks 9–26) and Scale phases.
• Document model design, assumptions, and performance for client review.
• Advise the Engagement Lead on AI-enabled use cases during backlog prioritization.

Job Description

The Data Scientist establishes client's AI and automation readiness capability, building Snowpark ML and Snowflake Cortex AI workloads that execute entirely inside the governed Snowflake environment, consistent with the SOW's requirement that AI and ML workloads never move data outside the accredited boundary.

Responsibilities

• Designand build Snowpark ML and Cortex AI workloads that support predictive analyticsand intelligent automation use cases.
• Ensureall AI/ML workloads execute in-platform, preserving client's data residency andaccreditation boundary requirements.
• Partnerwith the Database Architect and Data Engineers to ensure governed, high-qualitydata feeds AI/ML pipelines.
• Supportuse case execution and AI-readiness deliverables during the Build phase (Weeks9–26) and expand capability during the Scale phase.
• Documentmodel design, assumptions, and performance for client review and COR acceptance.
• Advisethe Engagement Lead and IT Business Analyst on AI-enabled use cases duringbacklog prioritization.
• Experiencewith S3 External Stages and secure AWS-to-Snowflake data movement.
• Knowledgeof AWS KMS encryption and high-volume Snowflake ingestion patterns.
• Understandingof MuleSoft data consumption and integration architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a relatedfield.
• 6+years of applied data science / machine learning experience, includingproduction model deployment.
• Hands-onexperience with Snowflake Cortex AI and/or Snowpark ML required.
• StrongPython and SQL skills.
• Understandingof federal AI governance and data security constraints (FedRAMP, FISMA) andexperience operating within them.
• Experienceproductionizing ML solutions in a regulated or government environment preferred
