Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Graduate degree in a quantitative field plus 4+ years of analytics experience.
• Proficiency inPython and SQL, with experience using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Demonstrated command of advanced statistical methods including predictive modeling and time series forecasting.
• Experience with data mining and visualization, including Tableau.
• Effective storytelling and communication skills, with ability to translate complex concepts for audiences at all levels; influence stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Commitment to iterative development with regular stakeholder updates.

As a Data Scientist on the Business Banking Data & Analytics (D&A) Client Analytics Team, You'll support Business Banking Strategy by delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making across the business. You will leverage your analytical expertise to support high-visibility projects and contribute to the development of materials for senior leaders (including external investors). Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Completion of Bachelor's / Graduate degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, etc.) plus 4+ years of experience producing advanced analytics work with an emphasis in optimization.
• Proficiency inPythonandSQL, along with hands-on experience using statistical software packages and data tools, includingSnowflakeandDatabricks.
• Demonstrated command of advanced statistical methods and concepts, including predictive modeling, time series forecasting, and text mining.
• Experience with data mining and visualization, includingTableau.
• Effective storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into digestible insights for audiences across levels; able to influence stakeholders, articulate value hypotheses, and secure sponsorship.
• Commitment to iterative development, including a proven ability to engage and update stakeholders bi-weekly (or as needed) to ensure alignment, incorporate feedback, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or working with strategy teams is a plus.
