Data Scientist, Senior

We have an opportunity for you to use your leadership and analytical skills to support an intelligence community (IC) agency's collection and analysis operations. You’ll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs, then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll write scripts to integrate data, conduct exploratory data analysis to discover hidden patterns, apply machine learning to train predictive models, and use the right combination of tools to turn disparate data points into objective answers to help mission partners make informed decisions. You Have:

• Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing

• Experience deploying and maintaining models and ML and AI systems in a production environment

• Experience developing rapid prototypes or proof-of-concepts using open-source tools and general programming languages, such as Python

• Experience with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

• Ability to follow code review practices, document work, and maintain clean and reusable code

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with a variety of databases, such as relational databases, NoSQL, and vector databases

• Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, or containerization tools like Docker

• Ability to translate general user requirements into actionable tasks

• Master's degree

Clearance:

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model

• If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
• If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
