Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Scientist in the McLean, VA area to apply advanced AI techniques and analytics to mission-critical problems on our Security team. You will perform complex data exploration and build models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NumPy.

You will work with a collaborative team to translate theoretical methods into practical solutions that inform decision-making and policy.

Qualifications

Experience with coding in Python.
Experience with ML operations pipelines.
Knowledge of mathematics and statistics, including theory of probability, statistical inference, algorithms, and linear algebra.
Ability to derive variational inference procedure mathematically for a novel model and implement the inference procedure in a framework, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Numpy.
Ability to move between theory and practice.
Ability to rapidly learn new technical domains and apply them to machine learning problems.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree.
