Job summary

The ACI Group, Inc. seeks a Data Scientist with an active Secret Clearance to support a long-term SOCOM data contract. The candidate will perform exploratory and statistical analyses and develop predictive models using Python/R and modern data tools.

Engage with data engineers to build data environments, apply NLP/RPA techniques, and deliver data-driven insights to a non-technical audience. Must obtain Top Secret/SCI capability if possible.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience applying data science to real-world problems.
• Proficient in programming languages (Java, C++, Python, R).
• Familiar with Agile Dev and Git operations.
• Bachelors in STEM; masters preferred or equivalent portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data using statistical methods and the scientific method.
• Coordinate research and analytics across structured and unstructured data.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models, NLP, and ML techniques.
• Use Spark/Hadoop for large-scale data processing and create visualizations with Tableau/Power BI.
