Job summary

Synthires is seeking Data Scientists and Quantitative Professionals for an AI research project. You will evaluate model performance across statistics, ML, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning to improve accuracy and analytics capabilities.

Key tasks include creating prompts, datasets, and reference solutions, identifying flawed methodologies, and assessing data analysis and modeling approaches. This is a fully remote opportunity with many openings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience at a leading company in technology, finance, research, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Python, statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Experience with Pandas, data modeling, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly in writing.

Compensation

• $150-$200/hour.
