Inspira Financial is seeking a Data Scientist to join the CDB Strategy Department and help build business insights using statistical and mathematical frameworks. You will develop, test, and validate modeling approaches and create long-term tools to evolve business capabilities.
You will explore large data volumes, build predictive models, and present analytic results to internal stakeholders to enable data‑driven decisions.
Remote roles can be based in any of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WV. Remote status and role locations are subject to change. Relocation is not provided.
Employees within a 90‑minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in‑office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.
The Data Scientist will report to the Director, Data Science & Analytics in the CDB Strategy Department. This role is responsible for participating in team building business intelligence through the creation of business insights using mathematical, statistical and scientific frameworks. This includes but is not limited to: developing, testing and validating modeling approaches, and creating and developing long‑term tools to continually evolve business capabilities.
$92,000 – $102,000 per year.
The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
