Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Applied Mathematics, CS, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of data science, analytics, or applied quantitative work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Python, SQL, and Excel skills with ability to handle ad hoc data requests.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile development methodologies, and collaborative software practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to handle ad hoc data requests and support day-to-day questions.
• Build predictive models in Python to address defined business problems (pricing, occupancy, performance).
• Help deploy models into production and monitor performance with production best practices.
• Summarize findings into clear takeaways for business partners.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable analytical datasets.
