Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a quantitative field with 1 year of related work experience, or a Bachelor’s with 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in data analysis, data ingestion or data integration; SQL queries and data visualization tools for large data sets; cleaning and processing data using relational databases or Hadoop; identifying business problems and proposing data-driven growth opportunities; designing and maintaining dashboards for KPIs and self-service insights.

Responsibilities

• Build rules, algorithms, and machine learning models to identify and extract valuable business insights and information from raw data and data sources.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns in data through probability and statistical analysis and automate the collection processes.
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
• Design and monitor core metrics and perform analysis to explain key drivers to inform decision-making.
• Present information using data visualization techniques.
• Develop classification and regression algorithms using machine learning techniques.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall project goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 1 year of related work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience.
• Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Performing data analysis, data ingestion or data integration; Using SQL queries and data visualization tools to gather, process, visualize, and analyze large quantities of data to detect trends and anomalies in support of business opportunity identification; Cleaning and processing data using relational databases or Hadoop Systems; Identifying business problems and proposing growth opportunities with data-driven insights; Designing and maintaining dashboards using visualization tools to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders; and Developing and maintaining tables, views, indexes, datasets, or data pipelines to extract, clean, transform, load and maintain data across multiple databases.
• Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.
