Job summary

Chase in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a data scientist to perform advanced analytics for the Home Lending Sales strategy. You will combine quantitative methods with business insight to drive KPI improvements and enhance customer experience, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and analytics partners.

You will source data from multiple platforms, perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses, and automate dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, OR Operations Research plus 2 years experience in Data Scientist/Analyst roles.

Responsibilities

• Undertake advanced analytics to derive actionable insights that support Home Lending Sales strategy and optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and other Data & Analytics partners to deliver data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
• Architect, automate, and maintain Tableau dashboards to communicate KPI tracking to stakeholders.
• Build analytical frameworks to support strategic priorities and quantify drivers of business performance.
• Explore AI & ML applications to automate and innovate for Home Lending.
