Job summary

ImpetusIT, in partnership with a Retail client in the United States, seeks a Data Scientist to advance AI initiatives and deliver practical ML solutions.

You will design experiments, build models with LLMs, deploy them, and optimize performance using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Based in Bellevue, WA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in ML, DL, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, PaLM, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with fine-tuning and optimizing foundation models.
• Ability to translate AI research into practical solutions.
