Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, math, stats, physics).
• Experience building, validating, and improving ML/statistical models on messy real-world data.
• Strong Python data science stack and production-quality analysis workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and improve ML and statistical models for infrastructure analytics products.
• Design, build, and launch new model products and classes.
• Improve data science workflows, evaluation, reproducibility, and handoffs into software/product systems.
• Work with heterogeneous municipal, infrastructure, geospatial, and field data to generate risk predictions.
• Communicate model uncertainty, limitations, and tradeoffs to internal teams and customers.
• Support customer-facing analyses and present findings clearly to nontechnical decision-makers.
• Contribute to R&D to scale impact of predictive methods.
