Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field and strong background in statistics and analytics.
• Experience with predictive analytics and ML/DL models.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; data visualization and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from Banner ERP and related sources.
• Develop modeling frameworks for prediction and classification using ML/AI.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or approved tools.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data assets and propose solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models, definitions, and documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Automate recurring analytical processes and monitor KPIs.
• Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
