Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Scientist, Mid to join our team in a data-driven role focused on solving complex problems for DoD and IC clients.

You will lead data science engagements, mentor teammates, and apply AI/ML tools to transform data into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.

You’ll work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll mentor teammates and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help leadership make informed decisions. You Have:

• Experience collaborating in teams
• Experience supporting DoW or IC clients
• Ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI and ML models
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degreein Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Social Science and 3+ years of experience in a statistics, data science, computer science, or social science field, or 4+ years of experience in a statistics, data science, computer science, or social science field in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with GEOINT or LLMs
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree in Quantitative Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred; Doctorate degree in Quantitative Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
