Job summary

Stripe’s Data Science team partners with product and business groups to build models, run experiments, and translate insights into actions that impact growth and risk management.

You’ll design and deploy statistical and machine learning solutions, perform causal analyses, and collaborate with engineers to scale models across Stripe’s platform and products.

Strong communication of complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders and a track record of delivering measurable impact are highly valued.

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years in data science or quantitative modeling.
• 3+ years in Product Analytics, Experimentation and Causal Inference.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing complex experiments or causal inference designs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Strong communication and impact-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate model development.
